Called this morning at 09:30 and the lady on the phone was very polite and professional. Plumber was here by 14:00 just like she said he would be. He was very respectful of my home and time. Within thirty minutes the toilet was unclogged and working properly.
Not terribly expensive either. Will use again if any future problems occurs.

Jack Dollar plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I called when I had a broken flapper on my toilet. They were able to come to my house within the hour and fix the problem. The man was very polite, nice, and ready to work on the problem. I have a very old toilet with cast iron parts. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. It was fixed in no time! Pricing is reasonable and I will need a replacement toilet in a few months. He fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself, and left the room very tidy. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call him back when the toilet needs replacing. Planning to do that in a few months. I highly recommend this company.

Very profesional and friendly. He was able to come to the house at very short notice. The work he did was very affordable. I had some issues with a continuosly leaking toilet, hot water line to my washer leaking, and a guest bathroom toilet constantly backing up and call Jack after getting some good references on him from Facebook. Not only did he show with a clean and large company truck he was quite intelligent and cleanly dressed, which was a surprise to me based on past experiences with plumbers. He took care of everything with the highest professioanlism and ended up coming back later that day to install a toilet I picked up from Lowe's. Everything is still working weeks later and he did a great job!! Highly recommend!!
